Yesterday lunch, Spanish omelette - diced potato, oinion & red pepper, wholemeal bread...

Yesterday evening, Heinz spagetti & sausages on Polish bread, with a few baked beans & a dash of Worcestershire sauce...

Today, Sunday lunch comprising of half a Cornish pasty, potato mash with margerine, milk & horseradish sauce, roast parsnips & carrots, forllowed by homemade rhubarb pie (no pix). Still needs more sugar!

Defrosted reheated take-out chicken tikka masala & onion bhaji garnished with tomato slices, raw onion & some grated carrot, last of the Polish bread.....

I had a whopper for lunch. I don't normally eat fast food, but I'm travelling so not that many options.

Yesterday's lunch was mostly leftovers, half a Cornish pasty, potato mashed with horseradish sauce, roast parsnips, carrots, baked beans & sausages.

Evening was Heinz tomato soup with a couple of crackers crushed into it with black pepper, & a cheese sandwich.

Sausages egg & chips, but sautéed potatoes instead of chips (fried in the big pan), fried tomatoes on top, ketchup, black pepper.
