I had quiche, a strawberry muffin, and actual strawberries for dinner last night.

Later, baked beans & a fried egg on 2 x toast (again), with 2 leftover potatoes from lunch time.

Using up leftovers – pork sausages & mashed potato bulked out with sliced onion, red pepper & mushrooms fried in olive oil, with ketchup, wholemeal bread crusts spread with margerine, tea.....

I had a Chunky Beef Pie with mashed potatoes, mushy peas and gravy on top called a Tiger Pie with a drink from Harry’s Cafe de Wheels, yum yum.

Cheese lettuce tomato & cucumber sandwich, with Heinz sandwich spread, on wholemeal bread, tea, followed by Victoria sponge cake.
