This evening – leftovers – mushrooms, courgette, red pepper, fried, on toast, & half of a ham & tomato sandwich.....

Can't keep on buying more stuff really need to start emptying the freezer. Cuz it's stuffed.

This morning I had a breakfast comprising of, cornflakes & milk (eaten, so not in photo), Columbian coffee, black, brewed from grounds (cowboy style!), toast with very chunky marmalade.

NB: cup & saucer is Portmeirion china, bought in Wales 2016.

Need to do a bit of catching up – so, yesterday lunch was leftovers – one egg Benedict with the last of the courgette, red pepper & muffin (but more on the way) ...

.

Yesterday evening, half a pork pie, Brie, bread, pickled onions & beetroot, Branston pickle.

This morning, black coffee, cornflakes & milk, toast & marmalade.

I had some sushi, tempura prawns, karaage chicken and small raw salmon rolls, yum yum.

Lunch time, vegetable stew with sausages (parsnip, onion, carrots, a few potato pieces).

This evening, Shin Cup spicy Korean pot noodles (yes the taste buds killer ) – bulked out with boiled potatoes & a couple of crushed crackers... great for unblocking sinuses...

Typical Russian dinner in January:

• "Olivier salade"
• Roasted chicken under paprika and garlic
• Few snacks with butter and red caviar as extra bonus

For dessert:

• Fresh black tea and sweets named "Belochka" (diminutive form of "Squirrel". As I can see, Russians really love deminutives)
