i've been thinking in weird ways lately,so..
Anyone else thought that Chrysalis is essentially what Luna-Nightmare moon would be if she wasn't stopped and banished?
she is looking for love but nopony gives it to her,so she tries to take it by force,her subjects fear her instead of loving her,and ultimately betray her for the light(the fact that it was as simple as loving eachother to feed,but they never bothered to try also works for my theory i think)
