Why does Josh Haber need to cram so many characters in season finales?

I haven't seen the season 8 finale yet, but the season 6 finale didn't have that many characters in focus.

The writers are not good. That's why. And it's not only the writer's fault. It's someone who's in charge's fault.

They don't know what to do with the main characters, so they multiply them.

The young six and pillars are the duplicates of the mane six.

After doing that, the writers weren't organized together so they make unorganized stories. They don't know what to do with all the characters.
