Do Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash have a sister-like relationship with each other?

I think I like them in a sisterly relationship. In some ways I think it can be closer than just friendship. I'n not sure though, since I only have a brother. (BBBFF!)

Pinkie Pie is always friendly to anyone but Rainbow Dash seems to be extra special to her. And the closest thing to that kind of special is how Pinkie treats Maud. Pinkie Pie also seems to care about Rainbow Dash's flying thing more than anyone else of her friends.

Yeah, there is some sort of special relationship between those two. I don't know exactly how I would put it but it's there alright.
