Feeling really tired, and a bit as a result, kinda feeling down. Trying to stay positive, but the looming feeling of self-dislike is floating in my mind. Perhaps a snack and then sleep could help.

Felt tired and unmotivated almost all day. You those days were you feel like doing absolutely nothing except lay down.

 

Here it is 9:45pm at night. Took a bit of a drive to get away for a little while. Beautiful full moon out and feels great. Feeling neutral and in deep thoughts nothing unusual.

 

Wishing that I never met some people that I have met with in past years. Sometimes I wish I could burn away certain people out of my memory and completely forget that certain things have happened...

Dogs are so sweet they are the best. They can tell if you are not feeling well and they will try to be there for you and comfort you too. Dogs love you unconditionally and that is why I love them the best.

I am feeling a lot more at ease now that I have took a nap. For some reason I was feeling all sorts of anxiety earlier but I think tiredness was playing a part in that. So now I am more relaxed, a bit indecisive on what to do though.
