Anyone else like this guy?

He's the pegasus in charge of the weather during the final Summer Sun Celebration, and he is quite the worrier and prone to a freak-out.

This guy is adorable, and as someone who gets pretty anxious, this guy speaks to me on an exaggerated level. Gotta take a breath!
