Her friends would try to get her head, remind her who she is. They would also seek Celestia and Luna if they can't do it on their own. Twilight is really powerful, and the corruption adds a boost. Therefore, it would take her friends, plus all the Princesses to at least subdue evil Twilight. However, Princess Cadence is the real key here. By reminding Twilight of the principals of love and friendship, also using her love spells to remind Twilight of who she is, evil Twilight would be no more and the good Twilight we all know and love will return.

Twilight is the bearer of the element of magic so if twilight turn evils without the element of magic the other element of harmony doesn't  work

so it would be really hard to defeat Evils Twilight sparkles without the element

I think her friends and everyone close to her would try to convince her to not go down that path and if unsuccessful they would inevitably fight win or lose.

She’d probably use a method similar to Cozy Glow and use friendship as a weapon rather than a tool. The other villains would be her true friends, if you could call them that.
