What would happen if Chancellor Neighsay  ( before his redemption ) overthrown celestia and Luna and became a tyrant Ruler and defeated all of the mane six 

 

what would happen to equestria or the school of friendship or non pony  under chancellor neighsay rule?

OOF, Chancellor Neighsay was already horrible in his relatively low bureaucratic position! Neighsay becoming tyrant of Equestria would probably not only doom the school of friendship but would honestly most likely lead to wars with other nations, given how xenophobic he was pre-redemption. If this scenario were made to be a bit more show-like, then it would make a really interesting arc. He'd probably find some legal loophole to make himself leader and then the story would be the main 6 and the princesses trying to wrestle control back from him.

I feel like Neighsay wouldn't actually want to or try to take over Equestria, since he already had his plate full with the EEA. Plus, he would be forcefully taking over Equestria, which is the thing he feared would happen to Equestria (it being hostilely taken over, that is).

But if he did decide to take over, the first thing to go would be the school of Friendship (probably along with the non-pony creatures). Then he might give ponies curfews or something. Without Celestia, Luna, or another Alicorn, unicorns would probably have to start raising the sun and moon like they had to before. Due to being more used to running a school association than a whole country, there would probably be school-like rules implemented as well (whatever those may be). Equestria would be a lot less fun, pleasant, and magical, given Neighsay's rude "strict principal" like attitude. This is all just random speculation though, since we don't really know what Neighsay would do as leader of Equestria.
