Are objects like glitter and crystals now common containers for magic in G5?

The mystery episodes seem to be good episodes in this series.

A very adorable episode this was! It was pretty funny knowing that the magic glitter Sunny made is what caused the ponies to turn into fillies (and foal)!

Some very heartwarming moments too between Zipp and Pipp! They may be different with their interests but they still love each other for who they are.

Totally wonderful episode of TYT!!

I'm honestly kinda shocked I enjoyed this as much as I did. Usually anything involving "baby humor" tends to be hard to watch for me as the humor is cringey, but dammit TyT pulled off a miracle here! Pipp and Zipp were really the focus on the episode; not so much the baby antics themselves. 

That said; G5 foals are actually fucking cute OMG!

And we had a sister moment AND I FUCKING LIVE FOR THOSE!

Overall; GREAT ep!

*Calms down* I don't usually like "grownup turns into a baby for some reason" stories but those little, little versions of our friends were adorable!

I don't know why I laughed so hard at that bit, but the image of filly Sunny being a biter is hilarious to me.

Although I'm not a fan of how the babies looked or how Hitch kept saying the stereotypical "goo goo ga ga", it wasn't a bad episode. The Pipp and Zipp interaction was a treat as always, it was cool to see Zipp use her visor again, and  for some reason I found Sunny to be a bit adorable.

I think for future reference, Pipp should read the ingredients she uses in her products or at least have Zipp do it for her.

The babies were cute and hilarious as Pound Cake and Pumpkin Cake.

The interactions between Pipp and Zipp were great as always.

Sunny's Glitter Powers continue to wreck havoc.  A step down from snapping an ocean wave out of existence, but age reduction is still terrifying.

Cute episode.  I'm not usually a fan of these type of 'main character become younger' episodes, but I think because it was only five minutes, it was over before it got annoying.  Short, sweet, humorous, got to the point and was over.  Pipp and Zephyrina sister moments are best moments.

Best part was Hitch's reaction to Pipp calling him a filly. That face screamed, "Did you assume my gender?!". Also, really funny how the first episode that comes out after I write a story about a magical mishap with magic glitter is about a magical mishap with magic glitter.

I enjoyed this one just fine.  It's a bit tropey, and certainly doesn't change my opinion on G5, but I think Zipp and Pipp sister moments are one of the best things this series has going for it as they're about as close as this gen seems to get to actual character development.  I do like how this episode especially acknowledges how two siblings can have very different pursuits in life, yet still get one another on a deeper level, which certainly makes up for the tropey "magic turned ____ into babies" plot.

Get used to it as "something magic happens" makes for a convenient plot template, and we wouldn't want G5's writers to try too hard...

This episode introduced what baby foals look like in G5, and it was shown to be the standard design with Newborn foals in the episode "Queen for a day."
