I only watch shows that I like. Don't really get the appeal of watching something that actively bothers you

I mean, I guess I can say I dislike a lot of modern anime, as a lot of the time they seem to rely way too much on horny fanservice to grab your attention rather than anything of substance and a lot of them are visually indistinct and don't stand apart from each other

I don't watch a whole lot of TV shows but I was recommended Banshee since Antony Starr is in it (Homelander from The Boys, a show I actually do like) but I thought Banshee was overhyped, had a lot of characters that would have been interesting if they didn't get killed off after 1 or 2 episodes, and my main issue was that every. Single. Episode, across 4 entire seasons, just HAD to have a sex scene shoved in for no reason

I watch lots of anime, which can run hot and cold but seldom really irritate me.

Documentaries are another genre I watch a lot of, and they do suck most of the time, especially the ones that simply make up their own facts according to the desires of its producers, and present them as fact. That defeats the whole point of a documentary, but no one seems to actually care about facts or truth anymore, so they’re off the hook.

Speaking of lack of fact and truth, any mainstream news is total BS and I wouldn’t waste a minute on such obvious and irresponsible fiction.

The only shows I watch to any notable degree are ghost hunting shows, but 99% of them are a joke, so I don’t stick with many of them for long.

Man, there are shows I dislike, but none of them really come to the point of making me think "my god, I can't stand this", if I turn off my brain, I can easily watch through anything honestly, I don't know, maybe just not gore, I can't stand gore and very disgusting imagery, and I know there are a lot of productions focused on these, don't want to ever watch any of these

I've never been a big South Park fan, they have some good episodes but overall it's just not my type of humor.

As a kid I used to cry when Barney was on TV, so I think he falls into the "can't stand" category.

Zombie Apocalypse with Oscar Bait writing. How so many enjoyed it reminds me of the Nirvana era. Where sad guys is cool.

Hmm...it's difficult to say, since I usually only watch stuff that actually interests me, so I've never had to put up with a show that gets on my nerves a lot.

One thing that comes to mind is that I don't like newer reboots that make the characters babies like Total Dramarama. Sometimes they get a pass like with Muppet Babies (bc baby Kermit is one of the cutest things I've ever laid eyes on), but most of the times I'm just really disinterested. Babies are chill and all, but I don't really want to watch an entire show about them.
