i think mlp is doomed (g6 leaks here!)

i'm Sorry but i HATE the leaked g6, why won't They move on from g4? why can't we just have a new gen that's not canon to g4 and does not reuse g4 characters? too me it feels like mlp is just doomed to be a g4 reboot forever.

yes that is true but reusing whole casts is a bad idea. (also 3 g4 characters and 1 g5 character? that's just gonna make the fanbase angry.)

If you're talking about the Camp Cutie Mark leak then Sunny and Pipp are also included, just not in that test video. I'm pretty sure that project was cancelled, though. Is there a new leak that I missed?

Twilight has wings in that concept art, she does not have them in the pitch video, also the hooves on the ponies look different. (i'm not mad at You i'm just trying to share my opinion.)

I'd prefer they do something with G1, but I know they won't, it still baffles me how they lost the rights to half the names in G1 except Applejack and Spike, yet Minty made it into most of the generations, it smells fishy, I'm sure if Cupcake, Cotton Candy and Minty survived this long, Blue Belle, Butterscotch, Blossom, and Snuzzle could return too

No worries. I was just curious if there was anything new that I missed. I'd like some variety if they're doing a new generation too, to be honest.

G4 makes them the most money. I'm pretty sure they're just going to reboot it over and over just like they do with their other franchises. I'm not opposed to that as long as they make good content, I have a feeling they won't though.

I don't disagree at all! I wish they'd change directions and bring back some older stuff, because what I wouldn't give to see G1 ponies who never made it into the old cartoon get the spotlight 

It makes bank, but not how it should, people watched G5 thinking it would be like G4, and it wasn't, if they (Hasbro) wanted it to be like G4, they should have just done the descendants of the G4 ponies continuing what the past ponies did
