If you had lots and lots of peanut butter, what would you make with it?

Cookies are a good idea, been craving them lately. I was also thinking maybe a peanut butter milkshake since we have some ice cream and a good amount of milk too.

I learned though that most are being used to make a peanut dipping sauce for spring rolls. But, that's the most I've ever seen. We don't eat that many spring rolls like that.

@Espy Vibe Are these all different brands or are they the same? Also are they all open?

Oops, I probably should've said that they're unopened, the oil has separated from most (no big deal) and the oldest one expires in December 2025, and yes it's a mix of different brands.

For your cookies you have traditional, but there's also no bake that you freeze with oats and chocolate.

I've made a savory PB&J with peanut sauce, wine sauce, and crostini.

Peanut sauce also goes with a variety of thai foods.

Peanut butter banana bread

Peanut brittle

Spread some on pinecone, roll in bird seed, and hang them outside on trees for critters to enjoy.

Aside from cookies and brownies, might I recommend candy buckeyes? I don't know how common they are outside of Ohio and Michigan, but they're peanut butter and chocolate candies that resemble the nut from the Ohio Buckeye tree. Hence the name. They're pretty easy to make, and are absolutely delicious, like anything made of chocolate and peanut butter. If you look up "buckeye candies" you should find lots of recipes.

Depends on how much peanut butter I have, but honestly, I'd probably just have it on toast and pancakes for a couple of months. :ButtercupLaugh:

At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do.

Peanut Butter brownies. Using PB fresh out of the jar goes a long way for that right kind of salty and sweetness
