"Notification" Notification

Idea: I think that notification indicators next to unread notifications would be nice.

I miss a lot of notifications because I only check the most recent ones on my bell menu and rarely click beyond them. 🙁

I don't know, maybe a dot or "star" of some kind.

I agree. Sometimes I get a lot of notifications and I'm sure I miss stuff.

The unread ones are usually bolded and the read ones aren't, if that helps any.

Do wish though that status updates could be bolded because I always have to go through them all just to see if I've read them (and if I want to read them)!

The only issue with that is, if you click away without reading anything, the next time you click the bell everything's unbolded.

If not an indicator, perhaps a way to leave them bold , with a "Mark all read" button..?  Indicators are good, I'm just throwing out another option...

Like, right now for example. I've probably missed a ton of stuff in our RP OOC thread + status updates etc. PM's are the easiest because I don't have as many of those.

Hmm... I am still not sure how @Sparklefan1234's idea would work. My fear is any icon or marker would disappear when you accidentally navigate away. That, or it would get confused about which Notifications you have and have not checked yet...

But I do have a slightly modified idea! 

Imagine a marker you could drag with your cursor/finger and manually mark whatever Notification you want. And with a simple click or tap...

The marker would be anchored to the Notification you selected! That way, even if you accidentally reload or navigate away from the page, the marker will always be on that specific Notification you chose.
At least until you un-anchor it.

First off, Thank You SO MUCH for going through all of this editing and stuff @Samurai Equine! It looks AWESOME and I really appreciate it!
