Rainbow Dash (Hand Drawn)

Here is my first attempt at drawing a pony. This is my second try at it; and this time I decided to draw Rainbow Dash.

 

 

And here is another sketch I have of RD with some shades. I will color this only if you guys want me to, I don't want to waste time. Please vote in the poll; and while you're at it, let me know if you see any mistakes I made before I do color it. Thanks!

Status update

The right lens looks slightly lower than it should be, so I fixed that :]

Hair completed

Quick note: I am not free-handing these, I will do that once I become better.

 

EDIT: I forgot to mention I kind of rushed these. Don't judge too harshly

DOUBLE TOAST EDIT: I forgot to mention that I didn't have an exact purplish color for her eyes, so I mixed violet and red instead :]

 

TRIPLE TOAST EDIT: I got a new colored pencil pack hooray.. I'm saving up for a tablet now though anyway

 

Also if anybody can tell me how to close a poll I'd appreciate it.. thanks.

Very good job on the expression in the first one <3 And yes you should color Dashie with shades. It'd make the pic 20% cooler.

It seems most everypony wants me to color the RD with shades.. so I'm going to take a little food break and get on it :]

That's because the other ear is covered up by hair
