well I just wanted to know if it looks okay and what I can do better. It took me a little while to finish it but I drew it by hand on paper took a picture then went over it in paint on the computer so I hope it looks decent or atleast good for my first try.

Well... Some tips on anatomy. The rump seems to be a tad bit too big, and the hooves are a little "flat". Judging by the position of the hair, it seems your neck is too thick. Lastly, the back legs are too "thin".

But keep on practicing! :)

I HAD TO FALL TO LOSE IT ALL BUT IN THE END IT DOESN'T EVEN MATTER /WRISTS

I'll give you props man, Cuz' I don't have the kind of dedication to go over pictures like that in a computer. Anyone that has the patience to do that has my respect.

lol thanks some of it is because it was a picture of a picture XD I do need to work a lot more on it and thanks for the tips. I didn't even notice the mane thing at all! I'll make sure to work harder on the anatomy on the next one. I'm practicing on some ponies I'm making just to practice rather than for other people with this.

Thanks!! I never realized how long this would actually take the amount of time that is does! I was really surprised by that. thank you :D

I don't see why people even use MS Paint. This is just ridiculous, nice job. You should try using color guides though, they help allot.

I use MS Paint a lot actually.

Here are some tips! Yay! (Yes I am repeating a few of the other posters')

-use colour guides (eyedropper tool, you know?)

-the face could be rounder

-the outline stroke could be made using a thicker pencil. I actually use the curve tool!

-flank's a little too big

-tail's kinda off in shape

-hooves could be more aligned

-mane could be flatter along neck

-horn a little more blunt ^w^ (Cuz Princess Celestia's the only one that should have a sharp horn)

But for MS Paint that's cool. Inspirational!

If you're using regular MS Paint, I'd suggest downloading the FREE TO USE programs, Gimp or Paint Tool Sai.

They offer a lot of options for drawing and painting for being free.

As for Constructive Criticism, for a first time user that's actually better than I would expect. Possibly adding in more curves and rounded areas in the image would enhance it (less on the back end though)

Most of the image just really needs a fresh cleanup is all to fix certain areas by adding or subtracting. The only major problem you have really is the horns position. It literally is on top of her eye; try to position it a bit higher and away from the eye, it'll help.

Practice makes perfect; but if nobody's perfect, why practice?
