Starbolt looked to Carrick. "I think I'll manage one more teleportation." She told him as she continued to help the injured even though the official medics were already there tending to the wounded and injured. The place looked horrible, many ponies were laying on the street either dead or injured. Several buildings have collapsed, the sight disturbed Starbolt. She knew magic was a wonderful thing, yet it had caused so much pain and destruction.

 

Sapphire continued to observe the goat, the strange magic still continued to eminate from him.

Carrick looked at Starbolt and nodded, "Well, if you need more magic. Drunk Blaze has some cidertini. You don't have to drink it all, just enough where you'll feel safe enough to do the teleport." Carrick said as he tried to tip his hat once more, but yet again foiled himself. "We'll have to contact Hypno. No matter what happened, he is part of the group. When we reached Ponyville. I better talk to one of the police department and send a message."

Starbolt turned back to Carrick and nodded. She noticed his gesture also noticing his missing hat. "Your hat is with Hypno. I left it with Fae, she should of held on to it." She reassured Carrick with a smile.

 

Fae had kept the hat on a table in Hypno's mansion.

"Well, I better tell him about that as well. I like that hat, and I'll like to keep it for more cases to come." Carrick said. "So, whenever you feel ready and everypony feel ready to leave. We can leave, we have a big mess to clean up. Let's hope we can do in time." Carrick said as he sat down and relaxed for the short time he has.

"I'm all set to go." Starbolt told Carrick eager to get out from this place and the bodies of innocent ponies that were laid out across the ground. "What about the others, are they ready?" She asked Carrick as she started to make the rune of the ground for the teleportation spell.

Carrick looked at Quick and the priestess, they did seem ready. However, Carrick looked at Blaze with him still drunk and really screwed up. He didn't know about Daeva either, Carrick rolled his eyes and said, "Just teleport everypony anyway. We'll be waiting for drunk Blaze anyway if we stayed here than."

"Don't get your hopes up Quickly, I doubt he's gay.. Besides, he's with me so back off." she said with a disturbed look on her face as she held Blaze softly. Daeva went over and grabbed Blaze's saddlebag, looked at Carrick and asked "Where do you plan on teleporting us exactly?".

Starbolt finished the rune before Carrick could respond to Daeva's question. They were engulfed in a blue magical light and vanished from Baltimare.

 

Sapphire still waited for the magic that was being emitted by the goat to clear up she remained there spear raised.

 

(OOC Gonna name the pegasus Night Blade since I got no other names I can think of.)

 

After some time resting the mercenary known as Night Blade restocked his bombs and knives and awaited further orders from Celestia.

 

(OOC Ponyville right? Also what is Minos doing? Whoever is using the fake Celestia send Night Blade a letter giving him orders. He is at his stash/hideout in Canterlot at the moment.)

"In-" A flash of light engulfed his eyes and just like that, they were back where it all started. Ponyville. Carrick repeated himself, "In Ponyville, as you can tell." Carrick replied to Daeva. "There something we need to do here. You all can go back to Twilight's Treehouse. I'll be going to the police station. Starbolt you want to come?" Carrick asked her.

[Octavia's Bow 2,035]

Quickly rolled his eyes, saying, "I know he's not gay. But Drunk Blaze is brutal honest, and h-" ther was a flash and they were in Ponyville, "e's a guy, so he'd know what guys like?" Quickly shivered looking pale. The telportation hadn't agreed with him. Lyth, who nopony has asked the name of, looked at him and laughed, "The Nighthunter seems to have an aversion to teleporting." Quickly grumbled, glowering.

Starbolt noticed Quickly's expression. "You alright? The disorientation will wear off in a few minutes." She told Quickly. Starbolt turned to Carrick. "Sure, I'll go with you, Carrick." She replied to his question.

 

 

Sapphire still waited for Minos to move.

Carrick walked down to the street. The various ponies gave a few looks of him since he was still new and wasn't wearing and clothes. Carrick said nothing, he was prepared to have a fun conversation with one of the chief of police here. Carrick looked at Starbolt and gave a brief smile. Butterflies in his stomach for a while there when he saw her face. Carrick finally reached his destination. A giant badge on top of the building. It wasn't incognito, that's for sure.

 

The police station wasn't full of ponies, there were very few ponies inside. Most of them relaxed and not bothering to do much. Though tensions were high in this town, many ponies still relaxed as if it was another day of work. Obtaining calls that many ponies don't even bother to answer. Carrick went up to the glass window, he turned to Starbolt since she was still wearing his blood-stained trenchcoat and took out his badge and a piece of paper. He wrote something down on it.

 

"Detective Carrick Murphy, I need to send a emergency message to said name Hypno in Canterlot. It needs to be sent ASAP. It's in the regards of the case of the missing six ponies. The wielders of elements of harmony." Carrick placed the paper folded up. In the note it said: Hypno, come to Ponyville. Bring MY HAT!

 

The pony in front of Carrick seemed energetic, his blue face and red eyes looked at him with great excitement as if he had just gotten a bonus. "Carrick Murphy? The great detective? Well, I'll do that ASAP! " He bolted out of the room and went inside the station.

 

Carrick gave a relieved sigh, "Well, that's good. In Manesdale, the procedure takes time. Makes me wonder if I should start living here." He joked.

Hypno sat out on the porch and waited some more for something to happen.

 

 

(Minos has been gone for a while since a few pages back)

Hypno didn't seem to pay any attention as green crystals came from the ground, grabbing Minos and pulling him under to safety. Hypno just sat there, looking down, as if he was thinking about something in his mind that he had been for a long time. He looked quite sad as he did so.

Before Carrick got to finish what he was trying to say, Starbolt teleported us from Baltimare over to Ponyville in a flash. "Well that was unexpected.." she said to no one in particular as she guided Blaze in his drunken state all the way over to Twilight's Treehouse. Daeva went into the treehouse and opened one of the doors to a guest room and carefully tucked him into bed. She closed the lights and kissed him on the forehead before she left to find Carrick at the police station.

 

((OOC: I'm not sure if I can put you into bed just like that without your permission. ))

The pony came back in a rush, "Well, they'll be sending one of the finest fliers to send the message. It should be there in no time flat."

 

Carrick gave a nod as he turned around, "Thanks," Carrick almost put his hoof on his head, but remember that once again..it isn't there. The earth pony walked out of the building to see Daeva with Blaze no in sight. "Hey Daeva. Been a bit hasn't it?" He said.

Shadow decided to put off what was wrong with Hypno for later. He walked upstairs and checked on everyone else. It seemed that Clocks and Midnight were having a ping pong competition. He sighed, thinking that they were idiots and walked back downstairs and sat.

 

"I think i gotta go get something to eat" Hypno said to Snow as he got up. He walked inside and towards his modified fridge, with bags of blood inside. He grabbed out and poured the red liquid inside a cup, drinking it. He looked toward Shadow, wondering how he was doing.

Den and Lyth took a walk. They both didn't really know Ponyville, and the others had left while they were distracted. "So, priestess, what's your name."

 

"Selytheria Moonshade. And you are Quickly Point. Luna has mentioned your bravery. She also mentioned that you can be a bit stubborn sometimes when it comes to your friends. And also that you're door is dual hinged?" She winked at him. Den went from happy to embarrassed to flabbergasted. In revenge, he asked, "Are you coming on to me?" To which she replied with a small grin, "And if I was?" He flushed,"I-I-I am taken?" She grinned wider, "I was only joking Quickly."

Daeva said nothing, the awkward silence lasted for quite some time before she replied "Urmmm.. Yeah.. Well, I gotta go check on Blaze.." as she backed up a few steps and flew back to Twilight's Treehouse. She went into the room she left Blaze in and slept on the couch since she didn't want to wake him up.

Blaze woke up in a hungover state, his head was clouded and sensitive. He let out a groan but that only noise only worsened his pain.

"I have not been this messed up since-" He stopped himself and realized he was in Twilight's Library.

 

"Just how in the hoof-?" He looked over to see Daeva crashed out on the couch.

 

well if she and I are here it is safe to assume that Carrick and the others are here as well, but first things first, I need to get rid of this headache. Blaze thought

 

Blaze knew the recipe to some curative poultice's that could fix him up lickety split. So he rummaged around Twilight's supply of ingredients that she, unbeknownst to Blaze, got from a zebra named Zecora. He mixed together the correct ingredients and downed the curative beverage before heading out. He kissed Daeva on the forehead and then left.

 

Walking down the street in ponyville he was still receiving deadly stares and whispering murmurs. He did not know where he was going, he wanted to find Carrick but had no idea where he was. That was when it hit him, he began to feel the ebb and flow of MP waves. His MP wave sense was no doubt returning. He closed his eyes and focused all of his willpower into finding Carricks signature. The signature led a road that Carrick was trotting along.

 

"Uh... greetings" Blaze said, not sure if him and Carrick were on good terms.

 

(Sorry for the late post, been busy. LOTS OF BUCKING HOMEWORK!)

(I feel your pain)

 

Quickly flushed darker, "I knew that."

 

"So tell me Quickly Point, how was your hiatus?" Lyth asked him. He looked at her confused, and she eleborated, "How was your time away from the Nighthunters?"

 

"Oh. It was alright, I guess. Rainbow Dash was nice." Lyth nodded, thinking. Eventually she said, "Do you believe Luna has blessed you?"

 

Quickly was quick to respond, "No. But I'm fine with that, because I know she cannot show favorites."

 

Lyth replied, "But she has. Have thee ever wondered how it was that thy team found the tablet? She remorses the loss alongside thee, the guardian of that tomb was particularly vicous. She chewed out the council for a full month after thou left for sending foals to do what ponies should be. But she's blessed thee with a quest; a purpose that has found thine more friends, and restored thy memories. She has given thee thine favorite tool, and blessed thee with the ammunition to use it effectivley. She has graced thee with the body of a soldier, and the wits of a survivor."

 

He groaned, "This phisic has denied me my potential for a coltfriend. I look like a modle for a body-building magazine in Cloudsdale who happens to be goth and love night time."

 

She nodded solemnly, "But it hath saved the a painful death. Is that not thy friends?" she asks, pointing a hoof towards a police station.

Carrick blinked, he wasn't excepting such a silence such as that. Well, we weren't exactly good friend anyway. Guess it makes sense. Carrick thought as he trotted along the road. He walked around to finally see Blaze once again. Blaze's greeting was awkward just as Daeva. Makes sense, since we did end on wrong terms. "Hey Blaze. It's been a while hasn't it?"

Hypno sipped on his drink and waited. Feeling a bit better than before, and more alert now. He wondered how Shadow was able to have obtained blood, and hoped it wasn't in a endangering way. He looked over to Sapphire, unsure of who she was exactly, or how the guard pony met Shadow in general.

"Uhhmm, yeah, it has." Blaze said slightly embarrassed rubbing the back of his head with his right front hoof.

"Hey, um, I would just like to say, I am sorry for how things happened. I take full responsibility for what happened, including your kidnapping. If I was there maybe things would have gone differently, then again since my powers were messed up, maybe not. But I still feel guilt deep down." Blaze said while looking Carrick straight in the eye, if his Aunt taught him anything, it was to always show respect by looking ponies straight in the eyes when in conversation. His guilt had been dragging him down since he left the mountain. Thinking back on it, so many things happened in so little time. It had only been about a month duration since they left Ponyville the first time and here they are again back where they started. Back to square one.

The peagsus got himself down, it was hard enough that this Carrick Muprhy had given very few information about him. Than I have to go ask around to finally find this....dump. Still, The peagsus finally found this vampire pony with a few other ponies. "Hypno, I presume." He gave the pony a note "It's from Carrick Murphy," The peagsus didn't bother to ask for a signature, seems that this wasn't exactly procedure. All of it was rush, since the detective said. The peagsus flew off and return back to Ponyville. Snow gave a small frown when the peagsus said it was Murphy. She said nothing about it.

Hypno grabbed the letter, and opened it with magic. He read it over, rolling his eyes at the part where he asked for his hat. He looked over to Fae and told her to get Carrick's hat. He then magically enhanced his voice and yelled upstairs for everyone to get ready.

 

Fire, Clocks, and Midnight trudged downstairs, their ping pong game soiled. Midnight was ready, while Clocks and Fire grabbed a few things to eat on the way. They then saluted like idiots and waited for the ready signal.

 

Shadow and Zig-Zag got up, Shadow walked over towards the other three, while Zig-Zag didn't know what to do. She just tried to ack nonchalant and walked over to the rest.'

 

Hypno finished his drink and walked over to Snow. "You ready to head out?" He asked.
