Black 2. I seriously can't wait for the release! Not only that, but the 3DS feautures too! Like the radar that supposedly helps you find legendary Pokemon, but best of all, the 3D Pokedex with every single Pokemon!

I can't flippin' wait either! When i played soul silver about a year ago i was blown away by how good it was! Then I started playing Black god how I loved that game ! I am probably going to get white 2 since I got black last time but Black & White 2 are going to be so epic!!!!

I am. I've had a bit of a Pokemon resurgence in the last few weeks, where I accidentally discovered Pokemon Emerald, played it, got hooked on it again and then went out and bought Black. So, I am excited for a new release.

I love the pokemon series, I really do, and it was the reason why I bought the 3DS. Sadly, it was also the reason why I got rid of it.

 

It occurred to me that they were never going to actually change their performance from the usual gameplay other than adding some 3D looks into the game. I was hoping for full on battles or something by now from 16 years of the same monotonous play the game has been going off of.

 

So no matter how neat the next game is, I sadly lost interest in it. If I want to play a pokemon game now, I'll just go find an emulator and ROM for the Yellow version.

I can't wait for these games. Its the first direct sequel to a Pokemon game since G/S/C, and I'm exited to see what Unova is like. I'm also pumped about using Pokemon like Metagross, Koffing, Vaporeon and Ampharos! And thank god Zubat is here. It will at last be able to rid of that abomination Swoobat...seriously atop from having bad stats, it looks like somebody shred up a Luvdisc onto a Swinub and stuck dead Crobat wings onto it.

 

Competitive wise, Ill be sticking with B/W, because I like the characters designs better in that game...

I'm getting White 2 since i got the first white.

 

I cant wait to get all the eeveelutions since you can catch wild eevee's.

 

I also like the shining charm you get if you fill the national pokédex.

While these games do look epic, I am just not looking forward to the release. Simply put, pokemon was a huge staple in my childhood, and my first Pokemon game was Crystal, even though I was born in 1997. Over the years, I have just seen pokemon decline, and the latest version I own is Pearl. So, a new pokemon game that uses the same region with nothing new is not really a big whoop for me. Now, if GameFreak ever decides to make Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire again, I would happily buy both...I just hope they don't add any other words to the title..SoulSilver, FireRed....

Pokemon- Yellow version was the very first pokemon game that I had . But my favorite of them all had to be silver/ gold versions. I really enjoyed the hg/ss remakes a lot... Amazingly during my time with SS I made a random encounter with a shiny ponyta which I traded to my black version! I simply can't wait till black and white 2

I always enjoy me some Pokemon so I'll be getting White 2 at some point. There's still some Gen V Pokes I want to use that I didn't get a chance to on previous playthroughs (like Cofagrigus) so I'll probably have them on my team along with a few older ones.

Nothing new? It has a completely changed storyline, Pokemon lineup, new layout, more towns, and different order you go to them...

What do the starters have to do with any of this? You can easily replace it with another one from another game after the first gym anyway, so why are you whining?

I have been on several Pokemon forums, and have seen many, many polls. A majority of the votes were R/S/E. The general census is that Gen 3 is the best Gen, but everybody says its underrated. That is completely bull!

It probably will be for a while, considering its new, but people will settle down eventually. B/W already gets enough hate from people who think like you, so its far from being overrated. I doubt you people and B/W2 will be different, even if you can use your precious Gen 1/2/3 Pokemon...
