Axis Powers: Hetalia has got to be one of the stupidest shows that I've ever seen in my life and I mean really stupid! It makes Adventure Time look like one of the most intelligent shows on Television! Hetalia's not even the fun type of stupid either, it's just awful and stupid.

• I like Lauren Faust's original vision on MLP: FiM. Not sure if this is an unpopular opinion, but I don't see many people supporting her ideas.

A little rant by me:

I'm not really a fan of CoD, but when someone hates on CoD for being the same thing but with more guns and maps, I'd argue that many other games that are beloved by them and some others should feel the shame as well. Such as Mario Kart, Pokemon, Sonic, and HECK I'll even say them same thing towards my favorites like Metal Slug and Mega Man.

I wouldn't say it's the worst, but personally, I think it's not as good as many other Zelda games (i.e. Link to the Past, Wind Waker, A Link Between Worlds just to name a few)

The Legend of Korra is just as good as The Last Airbender. Sometimes better, sometimes worse, but frankly I found both series to be highly enjoyable and entertaining to watch, and I don't quite understand why many people want Korra to be essentially a carbon copy of TLA. They are different shows even if they're both set in the same universe. Watching the same show twice is just... repetitive and stupid.

My unpopular opinion:

 

"Feminism" is an antiquated term in the west with the rise of equal rights for women in addition to the rise of inequalities for men. I don't like people trying to protect the word "feminism" with the idea that "feminism means being in favor of equal rights for all genders." TamashiiHiroka brought up a good point about this, in that if people are fighting for women to be equal to men, it doesn't mean having more benefits than them because it wouldn't be equal. Therefore, feminism inherently would mean equality for men as well. However, my problem with this is that the term "feminism" clouds the real issues at hand. Instead of actually tackling issues, we're back at square one bickering over what to call ourselves and how that hurts whose feelings and blah blah blah. Personally, I'm in favor of the term "gender equalist" for that reason. It states what it is. It's not unclear on what it's trying to get across. Furthermore, it inherently includes the concepts of equality for men as well as equality for those who don't fit into the gender binary, rather than having it be Name X with a caveat of what that's actually supposed to mean. It's clear and concise so we can stop arguing about what to call ourselves and just friggin get on with tackling the issues. The name isn't important. What' important is the movement. Stop trying to give it importance. Additionally, in the past, feminism was about bringing women up to men's level. Before the feminist movement, women were basically property and second wave feminism brought a lot of rights to women. These were back when the imbalance was between the rights of men and women: men had the rights and women didn't. Now, however, we're in a different kind of imbalance, which is that women have certain privileges that men don't and men have certain privileges that women don't. It's stupid to try to play the same game when the rules have changed. This is why I'm not a feminist. I'm a gender equalist.

 

I was considering giving this its own topic, but I feel that I have too many stressors in my life right now to have the strength to debate about it, especially since I know it's an unpopular opinion. So instead, it goes here. If you'd like to use any of the points here to make your own topic, be my guest.

I don't like when people hide their identity. If I am becoming friends with someone who has given me the impression that they were a 20-year-old girl and they turn out to be a 32-year-old male, then that was no real friendship at all. It feels deceitful and dirty to me when I find out that I never really knew that person at all.

A lot of people would claim this of me, as my real name is not Enissa; that, however, is the name I plan to LEGALLY change my name to, and it's what I have gone by since I was seven years old. It is a part of my identity now; I am only my "real name" by legalities. (Obviously, people who are genuinely transgendered/sexual do not fall under this category.)  However, I do not lie about my gender, and do not answer questions about my age unless it's someone I trust - someone who may themselves turn out to be someone they told me they were not. It's a dirty practice, lying, and I hate hate hate it. If I do find out someone is lying to me about who they really are, I generally cannot find it in my heart to accept that they were only "pretending"; how am I supposed to know if their personality is "real" anymore?

A couple of MLP releated opinons:

• I consider MLP Season 4 the series finale and everything afterwards non canon 
• I hate saying  it but, the show writting is getting worse. At times I fell  most fics on FiM Fictions are better then some episodes. 
• Going on from my previous one, I perfer comics over the show. In pretty close tie (for me), I consider some fics on FiM Ficions better then the comics. So I think: Fics>Comics>Show
• I like the critics of the Brony communitty 
• I hate anything to do with Flash Sentry and Equestria Girls

Trixie is better than every character except for Rarity.

Star Trek: Deep Space Nine is better than Star Trek: The Next Generation

 

Star Trek: The Next Generation is better than Star Trek: The Original Series (at least I think that's unpopular. I think it rivals TOS, not sure)

 

Captain Picard is a better captain than Captain Kirk. In fact Picard is the best Star Trek captain in the entire franchise! (again I am only assuming this is the unpopular opinion since Kirk seems to win the poles for best Captain.)

Super Mario Sunshine is the best 3D Mario game and the second best Mario game of all time .

 

Gilda is one of my favorite antagonists from the show.

 

The first Legend of Zelda is one of the weakest Zeldas I've played. I know it was only the first one, but damn...

 

After a re-watch, Sleepless in Ponyville isn't as great as people say it is. Even if I gave it a 10/10 rating in my S3 review.

 

I haven't read any of the comics, but to be honest, I really don't want to.

 

Not sure if this one is popular (because I've seen very mixed popularity), but Simple Ways is a great episode.

 

Not that I hate it or anything, but The Best Night Ever is the weakest out of the Season finales so far.

 

Magical Mystery Cure is awesome.

 

Windows Vista and 8 are good OSes.

 

Windows XP is a mediocre OS. (No matter which computer I go on with Windows XP, it's ALWAYS a hella slow. I was experiencing this problem even in like, 2009.)

 

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has lost it's meaning now.

Pinkie's scenes in Filli Vanilli have lost all their shock value to me. Looking back, it looked like Amy Keating Rogers was trying to make Pinkie the pony that tried to give advice and failed at it, but you could see where she was coming from. I got that vibe, and while it's still Pinkie's worst portrayal, I get more annoyed and angry at Rainbow's bad appearances.

 

Batman is the most overrated superhero ever. Eat me.

 

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are my favorite comic book team, even more than The Avengers. Yes, I said it.

 

Brown eyes are better and prettier than blue eyes.

Surely you apply this same criticism to male fans, and Bronydom. Because all of those (especially the second - think 'waifus') are very present in them.

 

I have never actually see any fandom go as over-the-top on those things as this one, actually.
