What's the craziest thing you've done as a brony?

not telling people that i'm a brownie.

I'm with ya man. Nobody knows i'm a muffin yet.

I tend to not consider this apart of crazy, but it's in general something I did in relation with the brony fandom.

So about the beginning of spring my cousin and I decided to go to Hastings, to my discovery I noticed they sold MLP merchandise. So I bought myself some comics and an RD cap.

The cap was rather bland, just simply RD with a white background, then I proceeded to write simple messages relating to ponies in multiple languages : German, Arabic, French, Czech and Japanese.

I bet that hat looks awesome now! "pimp my hat" starring illusivePony!

Going to my first brony meetup. I got the chance to get a private viewing of Rainbow Rocks.  To me, the craziest thing about this meetup is how far I've come with the fandom. If this was, say, 2012, I wouldn't ever go to a brony meetup and think that everyone there would be complete jerks to me. :P

I'd say the craziest thing I have done as a brony, was writing a clopfic for a friend in exchange for an item in Team Fortress 2.

as a brony for 2 months, the craziest thing I did was to put a mlp background on my computer, and I was away from my room while the door of my room was still a bit opened and that was risky and I almost got caught by my parents XD, ah sweet risks! :)

Would probably be a tie between buying a crap load of the McDonald's MLP toys at once, and wearing my Derpy belt buckle to work many times. Although while I was indirect about it, I did send a fan email into Alice Cooper's radio show asking if he would consider doing a guest spot on a show like MLP. That last one was probably the craziest since Alice is a hero of mine and there was the chance it could have been read on air.

I know there's a place you walked
Where love falls from the trees
My heart is like a broken cup
I only feel right on my knees.
I spit out like a sewer hole
Yet still receive your kiss
How can I measure up to anyone now
After such a love as this?

I would have said making up elaborate excuses so that I could sneak out to Brony Can three days in a row, but now buying an overpriced Japan exclusive manga would have to take the cake. It actually didn't cost that much for the manga itself, but I spent 2000 yen in total with the price of shipping. It surprisingly only took a few days to make it over here. I guess that's what happens when the slow free shipping option isn't available. I have read a little of the manga, and it's kind of cute. I was wrong in that I have ended up using all of my Japanese books to read it, but I think I would recommend it to any Brony who has some knowledge of Japanese.

- Working out in the gym with a rainbow dash pullover surrounded by extremely beefed up muscle dudes. They turned out to be surprisingly friendly, most of them. Well just give these not-so-friendly guys the killing stare and they will mind their own businesses. Well I guess the metal gear tshirt underneath helped a bit too.

- Making a speech about bronies in school. Guess I don't look like a typical brony because a lot of people in school had a hard time believing I am one. Got some snidy comments from some 8th graders who aren't secured about their own sexuality but don't really give a flying damn.

- Starting a peer support organization with my online brony/pegasister friends and spending 1k+ hours on it. Probably the first major project I've done in life, and it's related to ponies. :D

I think the craziest thing I've done as a brony was cosplay for BronyCon and ride the Baltimore buses to get to the convention. All the locals were taking pictures of me and asking me all sorts of crazy questions. It was definitely a weird thing to do, but it was a 100% positive experience and really made me feel confident. It didn't matter that I was walking down the city streets dressed as a horse because I was just too excited to be at BronyCon to care.

Even crazier was probably that I went barhopping in my cosplay as well XD The bars were even more confused than the people on the bus XD but some of the bar patrons yelled "UH OH HERE COME THE BRONIES" as soon as we all walked in. It was actually pretty awesome.
