Ska- bands like Streetlight Manifesto, Less Than Jake, Reel Big Fish, etc.

Rap- Nit much mainstream rap, I like guys like Tech N9ne and Madvillan.

Those are just some of my favorites becauae I honestly have not found a genre of music that I dislike. Even mainstream pop has it's upsides (cough cough Ellie Goulding)

I never really paid attention to genres,

I just sort of like certain songs (not even bands or artists).

most of the songs I like are from the 80s so I guess that's a safe bet (although it's rock and pop etc all mixed together)
