It's a bit cluttered. Some of the text is slightly hard to read due to matching the color of the Dr. A darker outline might fix that problem. And the background just doesn't...fit with the 2 images.

 

Well, that is if you ask me, I don't mean to be harsh, just pointing out where you can improve. So that you may make a glorious avatar through learning .
