I think Twilight's too much of a bookworm to experience any type of romance. But I can see her having a boyfriend that she never told anyone about ( like her brother >.>) Not a virgin.

 

Rarity: I don't see her settling down with anyone honestly. She's a flirt and she makes use of her charms but I don't see her maintaining a relationship with any pony. Except with Fluttershy maybe. Virgin.

 

AJ: She's pretty work driven, but I could see her dating some stallion and maybe breaking up, because of work or cause she's not a damsel or something. Not a virgin.

 

RD: I could actually see her being all shy when it comes to having a crush on somepony. Virgin.

 

Fluttershy: I can also see her pining after some pony. xD Virgin.

 

Pinkie Pie: Uhhhh...I think she's one of those oblivious ponies who never realize that somepony likes them until they're told. Virgin.

Twilight and Fluttershy are obvious permavirgins.

Fluttershy is 50/50 because though being shy dosen't make one a perma virgin Fluttershy has the most extreme case of that I have ever seen. Twilight though she was anti social during season 1 has improved her social skills greatly and being a nerdy bookworm dosen't mean you are forever doomed to never get laid.

 

Rarity: A hopeless romantic who may well have bedded a stallion who she thought was the one.

 

Fluttershy: Definitely a virgin that may have had a crush or two but probably didn't act on it.

 

Twilight Sparkle: A virgin but is likely fairly curious though somewhat shy and reserved at first though not nearly to the level of Fluttershy.

 

Pinkie Pie: Does she even know anything about sex or relationships?

 

Rainbow Dash: Has relationships on the backburner but is probably not beyond one night stands or friends with benefits relationships with both stallions and mares to scratch that itch if you know what I mean.

 

Applejack: Most likely a virgin in part due to her old fashioned upbringing and her being busy with the family farm but seeing as how the Apple family tends to have lots and lots of foals Applejack probably will eventually find a stallion and raise a family.

Twilight: She's basically a grad student and I can cite research showing that virginity is very common among grad students. Add her social awkwardness to the mix and it becomes very very likely that she's never had much of a relationship.

 

Fluttershy: I can't imagine her having been with anyone. Though the trope of the demure woman who's secretly a sex fiend is pretty widespread, I think that her shyness etc.. hints to a certain sense of privacy that might make her wary of sexual relationships.

 

 

I'm fairly unsure about the rest. To be perfectly honest I have a very heard time imagining any of these ponies in any kind of sexual or romantic scenario.

Set it to 2:30. Rainbow kisses Fluttershy at 2:34 It's quick, but its there. Just friends? Possibly, but if that was the case then there would be so many less 'risky' things to slip in there. It also fits with the Rainbowshy thing a lot of folks seem to suspect.

Twilight doesn't even seem to care about that sort of thing (the fandom does her wrong through like having her want celestia or makes her literally unable to get a special somepony 

Rainbow dash to obessed  with the wonderbolts imo to like anyone esle 

Flutter shy people say the quiets ones are crazy so oh who I'm kidding she is 100% clean no matter what the fanfics say

Rarity probably she is holding out for someone so special they don't actually exist basically miss friendzone (SPIKE  )

Applejack: maybe she is the most down to earth but probably to busey working.

also the male female ratio may also be a problem

IMO the most likely to date is AJ>the rest

I don't really see any of the Mane 6 dating anyone, unless you can count Rarity and Pinkie Pie. There are other relationship options for the rest of them but, there could be a possibility of the relationships happening.

I actually wrote a song about this a LONG time ago that i haven't recorded yet. I thought it was kind of silly that are choices of viewing the mane 6 were only the cannon (ie asexual and not showjn) or fannon (often quite overt shipping or r34). About my oc meeting the mane 6 in the past and striking out with each and every one of them... which frankly is likely the most realistic model since NONE of them are ever seen in a hetero relationship with ANYONE else on the show. You have to think that somepony is trying on the show to hookup...right?  Slightly Biz Markie inspired....

that girl was so pretty, that I could hardly think

So I tried my hardest, just to talk to this mare
but she avoided my eyes, and gave me this stare
but this girl wanted none of that,  wanted to play with her bunnies
when all I wanted to do, was throw her all of my monies

So I tried another pegasus, one who REALLY could fly
I tried to show off, and show her, I was a really cool guy

she wasn’t that in to me, and my heart it was trashed

So I then tried to go for the prettiest pony of all,
her coat was snow white, and and her horn was so tall
but her standards were high, and she total saw
that I had nothing to give her, not a gemstone at all.

So I tried my last shot on a girl, who was new to the town
she was purple and studious, and walked with a frown
she was laidback and mellow, and she lived in a tree
she lived with a baby dragon, but I wished it was me
We went out on a date, to see if we could relate
We went out on the pond ,and tried to ice skate
when I laughed at her falling, she got quite irrate
and made it quite clear, I would not be her soul mate

I said gimme one more chance, don’t try to negate
let’s go out for some dinner, before it gets way too late
But when it rained cats and dogs I knew that it was a mistake
My last chance it failed and my heart it would break

Here's my thoughts/suggestions....

 

Twilight: She's too much of an "egghead", and is more concerned with her studies, But being twilight. I could see her "experimenting" with other maresfor "Study" reasons. bi-curious virgin

 

Rarity: Well she's more "upperclass" so I think she'd just tease others, and get them to do stuff she wants and things that benefits her.  So she's probably dated, but never let anyone intimately close. Hetero virgin

 

Fluttershy: Despite being shy, I think that when her and Dash were at school together, I think that they may have had a thing. And probably went all the way with each other....Oth then that she probably hasn't had any kind of "Action" so bi-sexual, not virgin

 

Rainbow Dash: Well as said above, during flight school her and Fluttershy had a little romance and heavy intimate time, but with her athletics and training, I would think she wouldn't have time for anypony else, and being the element of loyalty, she'd not want to hurt Fluttershy, so she didn't try anything with anypony else...so lesbian, not virgin

 

Pinkie Pie:Well, she is a party pon after all.....and everyone knows what happens at parties, so I think she's a bit of a whore, being wit ha lto of people, and perhaps several at a time..Even though she's child like, she'd probably still see sex as a fun thing to do and cool. Being Pinkie bi-sexual  definitely not a virgin.

 

Applejack: Her being a country girl, I could see her dating the boy next door type of girl. She's definitely straight. But I think she'd only have been with a couple colts, and probably gone behind the barn to do the nasty or something....or keeping her coltfriend a secret from her family. Hetero not a virgin

I don't really see anything about any of them being gay or bisexual, except their have been comments I've heard about Rainbow Dash being gay.
