His name is Padlock Keys. He lives in a suburb of Manehatten, he's a detective, he's got a high IQ but he can OCD over things... hint: he has OCD... like me...

 

He loves crime fiction and classical music (but no I am NOT paring him with Octavia, however, some Padlock and Octavia art where they meet would be awesome, Padlock does have a love interest but it is an OC... I make OC X OC relationships) and some jazz music... 

 

So yeah.... he's classy and refine... and yadda yaddaa....
