It shouldn't affect you when you don't want it to. The effects don't usually last long beyond the duration of the file anyway, unless you're consistent with listening to it every day and are aiming for more permanent effects. Besides that, all pony files include "triggers" to bring you into or out of the pony state at will.

 

The files can be found here: https://hypnoponies.net/ You'll need to sign up, and wait for approval before you can get to the files.

When did you join? I spent a good amount of time on there and it broke down to a point with their 'changeling hive' trying to regulate what was considered good/bad hypnosis, not really having the user's well-being in mind while they did so.

Ah HypnoPonies. I found that site a while ago, I've yet to make an account on it though because I kept forgetting to. xD

There are several different types of files I believe, self-contained ones (such as the spa file, which I really wanna use) and the more controversial ones that can help make you believe that you are a pony.

I don't think of hypnosis as a bad thing, and it can help improve one's life. You just have to keep in mind that the brain (and hypnotism) is a powerful thing, and not to be taken lightly/as a novelty.

Now the interesting thing with me is that how my personality works in the layout of a computer. So if I did listen to one of the files I'm simply downloading it to my system and I can choose what to do with it like I could limit the effects of it like I don't leave my bedroom or I stay quiet. I could probably also quit out of it and go back to normal when I feel like it or simply I've had enough.

And one could say it closed due to drama lol.  I haven't been interacting with them lately but it seems to be relatively ok. Personally I would use the files for fun and curiosity, not as a lifestyle choice.

long story short though, the owner of hypnoponies essentially had a temper tantrum and nuked the forum, so the community started a new one *shrugs*

I'm not exactly willing to try this whole hypnosis thing out myself but seeing the word "curse" got me interested. If anyone knows, an explanation would be appreciated.

Each file has revert triggers that stops the effects. I believe the curse files didn't have them making the effects permanent. Those files have since been removed

Well, I tried it, but only thing I felt was something like sticking on my bed and bad feel at my stomach (after few hours). I'm not sure if I did something wrong O.o
