The only question that I have is .. who is the Joker? Actually, I remember a Tumblr blog with Pinkie as Harley Quinn Wonderful little blog. Nice guess, it will be amazing to watch. All I can come up is that pinkie may not pass it at first...... But anyway pinkie really doesn't need to have a certification to be the best party pony of equestria!!
