I know what Venoshock does, and I'll describe its effects if it hits. Not that Venoshock's gonna do a lot to a steel-type. Jasmine's probably going to recommend you go battle Whitney or Chuck first. 

Alright. Also; that's kind of the point. I'm supposed to be quite over my head, currently (It's not that I forgot how powerful Poison was again Steel. NOPE.) It's also so Absol can be established as a pokemon who's not going to work for me, at all (At least currently).

You know what? You decide in your head, and I'll just list what moves we see Pokemon use in the RP. Remember, they can only ever have four at a time, and some time needs to pass in RP before you're allowed to change them. Not to mention it's simpler that way. Edited March 19, 2013 by Flareon

I apologise if that's how that seems to be working for ya. Most of us are on American (or Canadian). I can typically post throughout most of the day though. Between classes. All that jazz.

Well time to do some grinding to get Poliwag and Feebas (and what ever Pokemon I catch) ready for the gym battle. I'll make sure not to set a huge time difference but it should make up for when I can't post.

You're not a nuisance. I'm just lazy.

 

You can still talk to me if you're unsure of a certain move if you like.

Depends rely. Paul's just going out to catch two Pokemon and train them for the gym battle so you could just choose which Pokemon I managed to catch and I'll fill in the rest.

I could simply describe the route you emerge onto and which Pokemon are visible for you to confront, as well as some that might not be entirely obvious as to which it is. That way, you get an option. I'll control the wild Pokemon briefly enough for you to catch them and get an idea of their personalities. Does that sound acceptable? If so, I'll go ahead and get on that.

 

As with the anime, you don't actually have to train against wild Pokemon. It's far more advisable to have your Pokemon train with each other (assuming they listen to you, but I suppose its up to you whether they do or not) or to have them battle other trainers and their tamed Pokemon, rather than necessarily risking it out in the wild.

 

That's not to say you can't train on wild pokemon, but that's rather riskier than training with tame ones. And remember that you will usually need to earn a newly caught Pokemon's respect.

Well, I was about to say you could do the whole engagement, but this works too, I suppose. The plan was for me to control the (rarer) Pokemon that are initially hidden. Such as the one rustling the grass, or the ones in the trees. But I can control Tauros for ya.

You could go try and catch a Pokemon, or train at Glitter Lighthouse, or take on Team Rocket, who has been active in the Whirl Islands yesterday, and who are sending a ship to Route 40 as we speak.
