Well, my complains are related to the style, so take from that what you will.

-The skinny, deerlike hindlegs legs work with your skinnier ponies, but they clash with the thicker lower ortions of the frontlegs

-The wings look a bit stiff and overdetailed compared to the rest of Dash, maybe add "elbows"

-The ground might look better with less shadows

-No cutiemark?

The cutie mark didn't seem to fit just because of the angle you're looking at her from but I can see how it could be missed.

As for the subject of the cutie mark, perhaps at this angle you would just be able to see the bottom tips of the lightning bolts, but I doubt you'd be able to see a lot of the cutie mark.

 

Regardless, Rainbow Dash is awesome, and this art has done a fine job of showcasing it. Well done.
