You know, I think the only reason Cupcakes itself is so good is because of all the other connecting fanfictions. Cupcakes by itself is just gore. Rocket to Insanity, however, really puts Cupcakes into a unique perspective. And then if you look at the alternate ending...well it just expands even further. And I'm sure there's many more based on it so Cupcakes is good because of all these imo.
