Bolter rounds is almost like rockets. The gun only have to "click" something and the round will propel itself to the intended target, so there would be no need for gunpowder casing we are using for the usual stubber guns, or at least that's what it should be. Not sure about the psychic ordinance, but since pretty much everything in that universe can be possessed by daemons, it's very possible.

 

I want a heavy bolter :c

I once tried to read a 40k novel, but I didn't know enough about the world to enjoy it. I don't like the idea of having to read a novel while simultaneously doing research.

 

Yes, I know how bolters work. That's why I nerd rage at the Dawn of War games when they show spent shell casings flying out of the receivers. Not to mention those bolters are fully automatic, firing like assault rifles. The lore accurate bolters should be semi-auto, given the magazine size in comparison to the grenade-sized rounds being fired. Another weird thing is the actual models which have receivers, as if to imply that casings are ejected. Also there is an identical receiver on the other side of the bolter. I have no idea what that's about.

 

And you could kill a boat load of heretics with a heavy bolter. I want Termie armor. C:

Well, it's the problem with RTS games. They need some kind of "normal" ranged attacks for their units, so bolters are converted into fancy machine gun. Some people once said it's intended to be that way to save works in animating, but that's kinda weird considering DoW games are very very shiny in term of cinematics.

 

Better play the third-person shooter Space Marine, those exploding ork bits are gorgeous

With termie armor you'll have to endure at least months of training and all those extra organs they will cram into you, and let's not forget the indoctrinations. Good chance you'll forget everything about ponies after that :c

sounds like this keygen thing that circulated on Skype several months ago. if you got hit by a keygen... well then everything you type on your keyboard gets logged to over there.

i'm not really going to use the WIn 95 anymore than to explore the ancient games and software and stuff that is on it. i used it when i was little, so i am bound to it for nostalgic reasons.

Ponies are the grossest kind of Xeno. They look like humans, speak like humans, capable of love and sadness just like humans, but they are not humans. Not even close. Even Eldars, the most deceitful of all Xenos, can stand on two feet.

Not to mention even the hardest Chaplain will freak out as soon as an unicorn do a telekinesis. Hardcore psyker level there

 

We will need a lot of PR to convince the Imperium that ponies mean no harm... At least until an Eldar took hold on Shining Armor.
