You take every opportunity you get to berate and put yourself down, which is not something that any human should seek to do. It's almost as if you're proud of the way you describe yourself.

 

If you constantly play yourself down and call yourself stupid and useless, eventually you will actually become what you claim to be. If you focus on the good things about yourself, and what you could do to improve, then you might actually be getting somewhere.
