Probably never, I've stolen streetlights before and I don't plan on doing that ever again, whether it's a toilet, streetlight, or light in general. xD So not likely anymore.

 

Though I did get a free toilet today, though I didn't steal it, I was at a plumbing store that sells them and asked how much one was and the guy there said I could just have it, so I guess that was a score, but it isn't stealing. xD
