Here's the weird thing: we let certain cheeses rot in order to become another type of cheese, so some cheeses, like blue cheese, is basically rotten rotten milk. What do you make of that?

Your best bet is to erase yourself from existence so there is absolutely nothing left. The way most likely to work would be powerful anti-magic, that would be the best way to do it. However, anti-magic is exceedingly rare, so I recommend teleporting yourself into the True Void, where nothing has ever existed or ever will exist.
