Simulation/management or strategy games. Those are the only games I play and it restricts me from playing a lot of the other mainstream games.

I got a used table for a bargain, but it requires a lot of fixing up. Been at it for weeks now.

It's a really big three-part wooden table that I'm gonna use to replace my current table.

I've thought about what happened this morning and I probably need something new to fill in the void left behind from mod dev.

First of all, hey guys! I'm back!

 

Second of all, how the hell do I draw a pony?

1: Hi there!

2: Circles and sticks. If you're just starting out, I'd recommend using an existing picture so you can figure out the 'skeleton'. It'll take some getting used to, but it's a huge help. Example time!

I found that a lot of the time when I was starting out, I'd just be drawing the outlines of what I could see rather than making these skeleton guidelines for myself, which resulted in everything being a bit wonky.

Anyhoo, I've been tempted by the Dvorak keyboard layout...

Only thing that's putting me off is that I don't wanna spend ages cherry-picking keys until I get used to it.

I use a different layout from Dvorak. I just switched and never looked back. Don't ask me how I did it; it took me several months?
