When I read some of your discussions from the previous pages, it makes my own opinions irrelevant. Why? Because I believe it's impossible to make other think otherwise.

 

This makes me think that trying to do anything here is absolutely pointless, hence negative faith.

Listen to me here. Not everyone is perfect and able to follow this thread while replying to everyone. In a lot of cases, there are opinions left unreplied or even a string of discussion simply stopped without any explanation. There are also a lot of cases where someone's opinion got rebutted, or even dissected mercilessly, but that's the point of discussion!

 

If you're afraid that someone would disagree with you and you want to stay silent, then have it that way, but you can't blame us for your inactivity.

 

And if you dare to antagonize the entire thread just because of that, then you would simply prove yourself to be the bad guy here.

Sure, some of us may be blunt, like Star or Libby, but you KNOW that' who they are in personality, and they aren't doing to make someone else feel bad or anything like that! You should know that!

 

And besides, the matter of an opinion is to express one's own thoughts, NOT the conversion of a thinking. You may well think so, or not. Discussions are made to try and give a certain thought, but you can choose whether or not you want to believe them!

Guys,... I can't think straight...

 

The only thing that I can talk freely about is about only one game: Simcity 4 modding. It's the one thing that's been with me for years, and when everything else fails, I can always fall back on that.

 

Would it matter to you if I said that I can't hate any single character, because I find every single one interesting in their own right, or that to remove any one of the Mane Six destroys something that I can't fathom to describe?

 

Or would it matter to you even less if I started talking about SC4 mods...? I feel like I've felt like a student when I'm here; When can I be the teacher...?

I always voice my opinion in this thread when I want to. I think I've been in one real heated debate, but it was dropped pretty fast. People will only get obliterated if they don't represent a valid point, unless someone is so ridiculously biased that they can't see someone's side to an argument. At that point, there is no point to an argument.
