Doubt it. Ponies would flip shit and probably sic Celestia and her guards on them. Maybe a chance if they find Twilight first. Or Lyra.

Plus if they aren't vegetarian they would go crazy unless they could learn to adapt. If not, then they may start hunting ponies for food ultimately getting them attacked by everyone + Celestia.

Hmmm...well...maybe not so much. First reaction would be someone being scared out of their damn mind. Then probably try to contact Celestia, maybe through Twilight if needed, and see what happens from then. Depending on how the human acted, she might consider deeming him dangerous or not. As for living in case of acceptance, well, that might be trickier, but if the human is willing to actually work for it, then not so much.
