Size is kinda irrelevant, don't you think? It's kinda silly of an point to count in favor of Consoles.

Hell, I have three rigs, a jury-rigged 360 with Linux and a 360 in my apartment.

I don't think they ever "took" any space away from me.

Especially as the latest gen PC's are smaller than 360.

 

And gooby pls, LAN-Parties are the Original Split-Screen.

And you will never get MMO's on consoles.

It's a point against Consoles if anything.

Being limited is just that, a lower credit for being limited.

 

Skype (or if you're like me and my brother, log onto Runescape at the same time), and enough experience (and experience is relative to one's perception, therefore, we have differing opinions; Hint hint) has told me that small ain't necessarily good. As I said, I'm doing away with my potato. As much as I love eating potatoes, I don't like computing on one. Oh, and I don't like simple when it comes to this; I prefer puzzles, and since building a computer is a puzzle in itself,... I think you can see where I'm going with this, so Imma gonna stop here.

Eh, call me biased for not using the online stuff that much or whatever. That's not to say I HAVEN'T LAN'ed before. I still clearly remember the very enjoyable moments when going to a cyber-cafe and play Counter-Strike with my friends. Ah, that was glorious.

 

During my times with the post-NES (which lasted very little), I used to polay with the PC a lot. Then the Genesis came, and I spent lots of time playing with my friends (especially a Winning Eleven, I believe and Mortal Kombat 3. On the first, I HATE football games, but on the second...glorious). After that came the PS1, 2 and recently 3. And playing in the PC was forever lost.

 

Since I can't have a PC in my own room, and the games for PC are too expensive for me, yeah, coonsoles have always been the way for me (unless Counter-Strike). And since consoles FIT with me, yeah, I'm probably not the best guy to get a correct unbiased opinion with the whole "What is better for gaming" stuff.

Treant started to close its ragged jaw around Pinkie Pie's neck. Twilight tried to help her, but Rainbow Dash kept pulling her tail, away from the slowly dying Earth Pony.

 

"Let me go!" Twilight cried, "We can still help her!"

 

"Hnngg! Celestia damnit, Twilight!" Rainbow Dash spoke through her teeth, her wings flapped rapidly trying to keep her friends from killing herself. "She gave up her life to save us! if we stopped here, it would be all for nothing!"

 

"But..."

 

Twilight collapsed on the ground, her body shaking. With a sigh Rainbow Dash pulled the unicorn close to her body with a hug. "Let's go, the others are waiting outside the forest. We still have a Nightmare Moon to beat"

 

Twilight nodded. She turned and start galloping to the rest of the group, Rainbow Dash stayed close on her side. It felt like just a moment ago when Pinkie introduced her to everypony else in the Ponyville, but now she was gone, for good. Twilight hiccuped.

 

"Focus, Twilight!" Rainbow Dash nudged Twilight while galloping alongside her.

 

"I-"

 

"There ya go!" Somepony yelled from behind the treeline. As Twilight get closer, she found out it was Applejack, waiting beside her was Rarity and Fluttershy. Twilight could feel her tears start to swell up. Now she had to tell other what happened to Pinkie Pie.

 

"Say, where's Pinkie Pie?" Applejack asked. Before Twilight could say anything, Rainbow Dash burst in.

 

"She's dead, the Treants got her."

 

Everypony paused. Fluttershy whimpered while Rarity hugged her tight. Applejack blinked a few times, her face dull of emotions. Rainbow Dash was the first to break the silence.

 

"She's gone. She wants us to stay on our way to save Equestria, and we will do it!" Rainbow Dash flared her wing, raising a hoof vigorously. The rest of the group followed suit, and resumed their way to restore the Harmony.

Pinkie Pie wandered in her mind. The treant's mouth closed all around her. The wood pressed strong enough to keep her immobile, but not to crush her dead. It had been hours since the last time she saw the outer world, and the last time she took a breath. She couldn't breathe inside the monstrous sentient tree, but somehow she didn't feel asphyxiated. It should have feel uncomfortable, but after hours of futile struggling, she was at peace. Pinkie Pie tried to open her mouth, to call for help, but something rough closed her mouth shut really tight.

 

What did this treant want from her?

 

Pinkie Pie wandered in her mind, away from outside world.
