yes, but you also realise there are other languages. Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Icelandic, all the different dialects of Africa, every one of those languages, and many more, would be ignored if we used english. It would not be justice.

There's no good reason to shun it in exchange for something else though. It's just the way things work... if the strongest world currency is possessed by an english-speaking nation, english gains importance
