I like it, it has nice shading lots of color, and it is very adorable in it's own light (Or night in this case). The only issue I have is the background is very distracting as the night sky isn't blended as well as the shading on your pony, nor is the ground. The ground just feels like it was added to cover white space, bit didn't have much attention put into it.

 

So with more blending for your background, and a more focused landscape for the pony to be above would make this much better I think. Your pony's shape is good, but the hooves do look a little too cylinder-like.

Aww, that's adorable! Hayzelestia noticed much of the little flaws that could be improved upon, so there's nothing else left for me to critique... I can only admire, and say good job!
