Well... provided they aren't actually twins, Celestia likely isn't more than a few years older than Luna. But then you consider that Luna (as Nightmare Moon) was kept in a state of suspended animation when she was banished to the moon. Thus, she either aged really slowly or not all, which would make Celestia now hundreds of years older.
