Oh boy. You're gonna be my first client in ages. Let us get started, shall we?

 

 

Starting off, I want to commend you on your choice of coloring. The different shades of color you use on her coat really brings out the character. The sketched outline you use for her figure was a very good idea. It made her look more "drawn", if that makes a lot of sense.

The anatomy is a bit weird. Her hooves are kind of pointed. If she were to actually walk on those hooves, she would have tremendous pain.

 

The part I want to congratulate you the most on is the dang eyes. You are the first artist I've seen on the forum to actually use ACCURATE eyes. The pupils are there for once. That pretty much sealed the deal for me.

The only thing I can say is that the hair on the front of her neck shouldn't be there. Since she's running forward, the hair should go behind her head, and right now it looks like it's somehow stuck there. I would suggest simply removing it, since with the perspective here it wouldn't be visible.

 

As for the mouth, try using a reference picture to copy from to get the shape right. I would also suggest making the right side of the head slightly narrower, since her head seems to be bulging outwards a little.

 

Overall, however, it's a really brilliant picture. You've done a great job with the colours and anatomy and the fact that you've managed to make it look dynamic is great. Just tweak it up a bit and you're done.

It is a very good drawing and you should be proud because it requires much skill to come up with a result like this. Great coloring too.

 

And it absolutely looks like the Fighting is Magic art style! But if I'm going to pick on something it's two very small things.

 

1. The black outlines could have been even thicker. Not made with a thicker brush (because that would look horrible) but just, adding more lines to made the outlines wider, would make it look better.

 

If you for example compare to their fluttershy..

 

 

 

2. You have forgotten to put the hexagon pattern in the text, which is something iconic for Fighting is Magic.

It should look something similar to this;

Woah, this looks awesome! I mean, I'm not super familiar with the Fight is Magic style, but not taking that into consideration, I think this is pretty good. You seem to have the FiM anatomy nearly down.

I actually quite like the look she has, like she means business and is going to kick some pony booty.

 

As faar as improvements go i can't really see anything wrong (maybe the lines a bit thicker as Jokuc said) but apart from that i can't see anything wrong.

 

On a personal note, I would probably change her pose and have her legs done differently, to me they look a lil awkward.

 

However, this is some top quality work at the same level as the actual FIM art. My verdict?: BRILLIANT!
