you know i have been listening to some hardcore lately and i'm surprised at how much the messages of hardcore seem to coincide with MLP's message of friendship, loyalty, perseverance, etc. kinda makes me wish there was more of a hardcore chapter of the fandom. Broniecore!!!

You're not the first one to say that Bullet For My Valentine aren't good, I don't get why people hate this band? I've gotten a lot of crap on youtube for liking them and I don't get why.

They mostly get crap because their fanbase is filled with annoying scene kids. I don't give them crap because they aren't the worst I've heard, though they aren't on my list of preferred bands. Also nice choice of Converge songs

....Wrong type of Hardcore music, Hardcore as in the stuff that has it's close relative to Metal music, though I guess I can let stuff like Speedcore slip in.

 

I'm not a fan of most of the music in the fandom but this is good stuff

I knew what you were talking about, hence why I said I was being a troll. I don't even like Hardcore Techno or Hardcore Hiphop. Anyway, things that end in -core are actually closest to Punk rock, at least in theory, as the name is short for Hardcore Punk.

I'm not a huge fan of Hardcore electronic either, though sometimes I don't mind it, and I know you were trying to troll, also not all core genres are closer to their punk roots, as I point you out to Metalcore, Deathcore, and Grindcore music (which is the majority of what gets posted here). But anyways more Post-Hardcore music.
