It contains "gag" animated extremes from S1E15 Feeling Pinkie Keen.

An Extreme is starting or ending point of an arc of motion intended to convey an action. In this case, the two one-frame pictures I had there were extremes of basically motion jokes. The first was a rather unusual pose held by Twilight as she's jumping out of a bathtub after Pinkie tells her there's an alligator in the water. The second was Spike with his head stretched taller than his normal whole height as he gasps in surprise.
