Sorry for calling everyone who is playing but I just wanted to say that if your pony lost their match but survived you should choose to have your OC either leave the tournament or stay and watch.  Cause if they stay and watch they are still apart of the RP and you can still use them on the sidelines and work with other characters or interact amongst yourselves and the people watching.  

 

Remember Topaz did say that this isn't all about the tournament.  It is obviously corrupt and something is going now with that Rail Character, his daughter Topaz and the Tournament Committee.  They exist for a reason, to not explore the story fully would be a waste.  sorry just my thoughts, and I really want to keep playing with all of you too.

I've already posted that Lite will just stay in the lobby until her next match occurs. It's just mainly waiting until someone interacts with her in the lobby or fight time.

The scoop on what happened when?  I'd be happy to help so you can keep playing,  I'd love to see the out of play ponies affect the outcome it makes the tournament all the more muddled and corrupt. haha

Well, since Nightfall lost. It was a while ago just tell me who is fighting now so I can try to affect Lite Shade.

Okay well Standoff is going to fight Lite Shade first in the next round.  He already came to you and was asking you for advice haha.

 

Uh you are chilling in the lounge so you have probably just been watching all the fights.  Standoff is in the lounge with you, so is Lite shade now also Radioactive Tragedy (the one in the suit) and Midnight Glow.  I'm guessing Mao is in the hospital room recovering right now.

 

The fight between Cosmo Shadesteel and Bad Dreams just end with Bad Dreams surrendering, but there hasn't been any official announcement yet.  So they might be in the lounge soon.

 

The match of Silver Storm vs. Golden Dreams seems like it is about to end but will be interesting as first Silver Storm fell unconscious still standing up then Golden Dreams just collapsed from her exhaustion and her heartbeat is slowing.  So she might get counted out by the ref and Sliver will when while knocked out if something doesn't happen.

 

My Rune Breaker is fighting Swordpoint and it has been wild with both of us using what we had been trying to save as trump cards.  So it should end soon but I'm not sure how.

 

 

Artemis Skynight vs Crimson Grinn just started but is well on its way.

@@Umbreon, we seem to be in agreement. On the subject, do you think the fight between us could be a little less short and violent? I'd like to see how Lite Shade would react if she wasn't the only pony in her head anymore...

Hmmm I'm all for more fighters but we really don't have the room, all the brackets are full.  Unless @ wants to kill/disqualify both me and @ for having our fight take so long and hav the new guy continue to the second round hahaha  I wouln't be surprised or blame him haha

It's okay!  I was actually busy with tournaments for bowling anyway last week and now this week so I will be less active.  I will try to be on as much as I possibly can!  I need to fill the 200 characters, soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo yeah.

(Yeah, there is a night break between rounds as required by tournament rules. All the remaining contestants are staying in a fancy hotel near the stadium, where you will sleep after the rounds are over. I was hoping for Topaz to make a final announcement before you left the arena, but meh...)

KK good to know hopefully things can wrap up today and you can announce it anyways.  Or you could just make it and have it be for reading when the round ends   What about OC that have been eliminated but are still hanging around can they stay at the hotel too?

   Sorry bout that, but this is the dark tourneyment right?  The other characters are all being too nice, so I've got to have someone give the audience the cruelity and suffering that they want (why is there no evil smiley).

 

Interact with ponies in the lobby! The reason my and Swordpoint's fight lasted so long had was so fun for us was we had them talk and make character development and that should be half the fun too!

Well who doesn't like a little bit of it now and again, but the creepy and painful deungeon vibe isn't exactly my scene.   Not a pleasure from pain type.  As only as it is enjoyed by all parties involved it's got my support though.  Buuut anywho back on topic of the tourney and killing each other. 

 

Ponies walking away mostly unsceathed is just unrealistic to the RP though.  While I don't mean everyone should just murder each other but a little more vicousness makes the tourney more serious and threatening.  We are all supposed to fighting for a wish that could make our wildest dreams come true and be desperate enough to join this sick competition to get it; so maybe it is because it's just the first round and the fighting will get more brutal as the finals get closer.

 

But got to try and give the RP the vibe that I think it was going for and what a heartless monster half of my OC is too.

My character can't kill anyone who is inherently good. If you're ruthless and you like violence, he'll have no problems taking you out, though. He used to be quite nasty, but through the course of his story (my fanfic which is linked in my sig), he slowly comes to understand what friendship and love are. All he ever knew before was that he was as servant to his princess, and she was a REAL nasty character, so she had him do terrible things.

 

But he developed a conscience in the story... and learned about friendship... and eventually said screw Omnia, I'm staying in Equestria... and then some other stuff happened that I haven't written yet (although I have alluded to them in the RP right now).

 

Long story short, if Swordpoint kills pointlessly, he loses what makes him a truly interesting character to me.
