[voice=nightmare moon]the thread will last forever![/voice] Am I the only one who thinks the Everfree is really beautiful? I love this view of the edge of the forest in Stare Master. You can practically smell the fresh air. One of my favorite times of day too, when the sun is down, the air is cool, but it's not quite dark. I just wish I could see that many stars even at midnight Darn city lights. Twilight Sparkle really needs to gain control of the stars now that she's an alicorn. And anther shot shortly after. Pegasi look so cool from below when flying. Sort of like fish, with their long tail behind them. Pinkie would be proud (anypony want to panic with me?) The CMC's screams in this scene amuse me, they're so high pitched. That must have been a fun day of voice acting Family Appreciation Day has some awesome visuals too. I love the zap apple signs. Particularly the birds. So ominous The zap apple trees growing are awesome as well. Not to mention the background music throughout the story. Some of the best in the series. To me, it represents how Applejack and Rarity counteract each other. Over a nicely made bed, Rarity is gleaming with satisfaction at how orderly and smooth the sheets are, whereas Applejack has an expression that says "I really don't see what the fuss is all about." When it was mentioned that Rainbow Dash's character would be "stretched" a little further and developed more during this season, I took note of it, and now we can see it happening. Her look of dejection in the first shot is well-enhanced by the concern on the rest of the Mane 6's faces; we haven't seen her this low in the series to this point, really. But the second shot - and Ashleigh Ball's excellent delivery of her line - trumps the first shot.
