The infinite times i heard this... Is support so hard? I started support Janna and Sona as my favorite chars.

Support and jungle aren't hard in the traditional sense, but they do require a different mindset to play correctly compared to the other roles. While you can tank/mage/adc following a general pattern of "see minion, last hit minion, buy most powerful item available" that is not going to be the case as a support. And especially the fact that most supports are powerful in lane early game but fall off of the wagon as soon as mid game hits tends to trip people up.

 

It is by no means super hard to support, it just requires a little mindset change. And since most people start out learning the more general lane roles the shift tends to be a very uncomfortable one.

Just gotta say: I friggin' love being Zilean. Finished a game just now with 2 kills, 2 deaths, and 28 assists.

 

Aaaaaaahhhh. Saving people's lives and helping them to end other people's lives is invigorating!

Yeah, it also means you gots to be a bit selfless. If you and your carry are runnin' for your lives, and you've got a skill that can save one of you, you save the carry.

I was able to revive my laptop that died about two months ago. Had to pull out a new HDD though so I am reinstalling everything. Will have LoL NA in a few days. I look forward to playing with you guys again.

@firetorn, you play ADC as your main role right? Any suggestions on a build order for Twitch as I want to add him to my champion pool. Been wondering how to build him and whether to get BotRK or BT on him.

I am highly opposed to BotRK on adc's. I rarely even build it on vayne. But even with my bias aside I believe BT is the correct choice on twitch as it works better with his ultimate to chunk their team. I typically start with doran's blade, then get boots and vamp sceptre first back (or just a BF sword if I can afford it), then finish your BT, finish your boots and build PD. If 3 or more of them have armour items build LW third, otherwise rush IE once you have boots, BT, LW, PD and IE, the sixth item is personal preference but i buy mercurial scimitar if i can get away with it and otherwise GA is a solid buy. Hope that helps

It doesn't suit my playstyle as an ADC at all. I play REALLY aggressive and want every hit to decimate my opponent, so as to get them off balance from the first attack and make them panic. BotRK is a great item, it is just more suited to drawn out fights where you outlast your opponent and do sustained damage. I prefer for my opponents not to have time to react to that first hit before they are already half health, at which point they often cant decide whether to run or fight and in this time I just hit them a few more times and they are dead. So BT works much better for me

I'm way more passive as an ADC. I love BotRK on Vayne and usually get this first on her. On others I usually get BotRK as a situational item depending on the opponents. *Cough* Udyr *Cough* (Dat MS leach.)

BT on Twitch does make sense. I can't wait to try the new reworked rat. (Patch hitting the PH servers in 6 hours.)
