I would like to join with my OC Nephthys Nightshade.  IMO you should probably go ahead and run the game with three Dorms instead of four (assuming you accept all the OC's who have signed up), because 16 characters is a lot, especially if you're going to play the drill sergeant interacting with them, and you've already got plenty of characters for a good game.
