Bronies Vs Humies?

No war blah blah blah, both universes meet.

 

In the event we meet the MLP FIM Ponies who have Internet and a television show called My Little Human. Who's fans of said show call themselves Humies, with the vast majority of them being mares, many of the crazy Humies like Humans 'that way'.

 

I think it be pretty insane of both fandoms ever met. With all our art and fan stuff.

I've seen references to Lyra and hands before, but not being a brony long enough to have encyclopedic knowledge of the background ponies, I don't get them.  I've seen pictures of her, and she has a lyre for a cutie mark, so I'm guessing it has something to do with "Yeah, but it'd be really hard to play a harp with hooves."  Except, she's a unicorn and would be able to play it with telekinesis, perhaps even better than humans can with fingers (she's not limited to only two hands with five fingers each).  Is there something in the show itself that indicates a fascination with digit manipulators on her part, or a famous fanfic or something?

Bronies and Humies( Why not humares?). Sounds like the perfect match, on one side we have a good amount of lonly male teenagers/adults and on the other side we have many lonly mares who can't because of gender-imbalance find stallions.

Honestly though, I'm surprised we forget the origin of memes...or maybe I'm just too obsessed with them.  Anyway, the "Lyra human" joke has a far better origin.  In the show itself ("Dragonshy" episode, I believe), the animators put a little visual gag in the background: They had one of the background ponies sit like a human.  Just so happens they picked Lyra.

 

 

As for Bronies and Humies...not sure if paradise or anarchy.  Probably both.

I think it would result in a post apocalyptic war, which would probably cause a nuclear explosion. I think that Lyra would definitely side with us but, she would be distracted by all of the hands that she sees in this huge war. Silly Lyra, you and your obsession with hands.

Me, I think we'd get along famously.  Though who'd be in a show like My Little Humie? Would the main characters be a reflection of a real life group of six friends?  I can actually see the Mane Six (or would it be "Man Six"?) now:  the lives of the writers of MLP.
