I just got bored and wanted to know what you people do when you're angry or stressed. And please put as many as you want, and put it in a list. And I'd like It if you explained why but you don't have to. Anyways,

Here is my list:

•Listen To Eminem

Because of his aggressive angry tone in his rapping, i like to listen to it when I'm angry.

•Draw

Because its my hobby (duh)

•watch MLP

...You should know why...

•Walk

Can't explain...

•Do Fatalitys on Mortal Kombat

Because i just take my anger out on Sheeva. (Cheapest character in the bucking game)

POST DAMMIT!!!

...I mean...happy posting :derp:

I do nothing.

I bottle the anger emotion up as I do with any other emotion.

I don't take it out on living creatures because that's just pathetic.

I sometimes take it out on me...so if something makes me angry, I'll starve myself.

It's a dangerous and unhealthy way of dealing with emotions, especially anger, but I'm used to it by now.

I listen to Eminem when I'm angry.

When I'm stressed, I spawn in a bunch of zombies in GMOD and kill them from atop my tower.

I also watch MLP when I am depressed, it always cheers me up.

Strangely enough, when angry, I clean. If the house is already clean I usually attempt to sleep it off. If I REALLY cannot sleep it off then I go into a bit of panic mode, which usually just makes me super hyperactive and frazzled with a low attention span. Doesn't happen often though.

That usually culminates with me writing something, playing something, or composing something, for some reason. The quality of these works and performances invariably suck but that's anger for you.

Stress doesn't bother me all that much. I just make lots of lists all over the place.

When I'm really angry, I'll spend around 15 minutes punching on my speed bag, while listening to some metal.

Sometimes, I'll clean the kitchen or do the dishes when I'm angry. It helps to pass the time.

It's actually rare that I ever get really angry, but at times where I'm full of rage, I'll listen to some particularly angry metalcore. Then I'll play air guitar furiously until the rage burns out. :P My doctor taught me that one. It works wonders, actually.

I silently rant to myself. It gets the anger out without directly hurting anyone. Another thing I've been doing as of late is snapping myself out of my own rage and it works pretty well. Of course though, if all else fails, I take a fast 20-minute nap. It's my biggest solution for emotion problems. It's like hitting the reset button on my brain for me, I usually return quite refreshed and more in control.

*vigorously cleans plate.* RAAAAAAAAARHG!!!!!!!!!

Anyways yea, for some reason I like to empty my laundry bin, probably it's the repetitiveness that calms you down? Idk why that would be the reason. But anyways punching a speed bag while listening to metal I should try That.

When I'm stressed I usually just try calming myself down by just thinking, take deep breaths and just think about what is making me stressed and deal with it.

When I'm angry, that is a different story usually when I'm angry I find some way to release it. Sometimes I run, do pull ups or push ups.

I do sometimes collect all that anger and then release it all at once, that is not  a good idea. So I try just doing something useful instead, it has worked so far.

I actually walk around the house and Clean.  I don't know why but when I'm really upset I just get up adn start cleaning.  Maybe take out the garbage early, orginize my desk, vacume the floor.

Probly one of the fastest ways of seeing im frustrated or upset is to see me walking around looking for trash to pick up and throw away, lol.  When I lived in an apartment in Owings Mills, MD  my room mates noticed this as well.

Typically when I am angry or stressed, I just seek solitude, and don't talk to anyone. I can be quite volatile at times, and sometimes my emotions get the better of me, and I'll say something I never would say. Most of the time when I am alone though, I just let it fade as I try to distract myself by watching Anime, reading Manga, drawing, or working on my Japanese.

I'll also play video games, typically one player ones as other people would just make me madder at that state. And I don't like dealing with incompetent, e-peen stroking-circle jerkers when I am angry, stressed, depressed, etc.

What I do when I'm stressed/angry is just think things over in my head until I've reached a more happier mindset. When I've done that I'll do something I enjoy like play video games, listen to music, go for a walk or watch a good movie.

When I'm stressed or angry I do lighthearted things, one of my favorite things to do being watching derpy gaming videos on youtube. I think I've used MLP as a stress reliever once but it didn't work all to well. Another thing I like doing is playing some games! Simple platformers like Mario are good as well as games in the Legend of Zelda series (Wind Waker being the best for relieving stress :P)

When I'm stressed I sometimes sort out what I'm stressing over. Organize my thoughts. Otherwise, I listen to music, watch YouTube, relax myself, watch MLP or something just as cheery.

When I'm angry...I don't know. I don't get angry very easily. In fact, it never happens, really. I usually become saddened.

If I suddenly discover words pouring from my mouth in a pointless monologue, I've learned that it's either because I'm very happy or really irritated. Thankfully, it's easy to distinguish between the two at that point.

When life deals the unfortunate latter, I just can't sit still. I'm a restless person by nature anyway, and pacing aimlessly about ranting to myself does help to exhaust the frustration. My creative writing is completely stunted when other things are occupying my mind, so afterwards I tend to play a video game for a while.

I'm actually very blessed. I rarely get angry, and when I do, some inexplicable force always cheers me up about an hour or so later. I don't even have to do something I enjoy, or watch ponies (although these do help); somehow my brain just kicks itself back into an optimistic mood, and I barely even notice the change until later: by which point I'm my usual, cheery self. :)

I might sound like I need anger management if I told you what I do when I am stressed out or angry.

Hahaha.

If I am on the phone, there is this urge to throw my phone (and thank God, I love my iPhone too much to do so).

If I am driving, ehehe, road rage and excessive cursing!!!!!!!!!

But most of the time, I just keep to myself (which is not good because when I explode, another Chernobyl will happen)

BUT there are times when I actually tell myself to be happy and do what Pinkie Pie would do... laugh. (or watch something to make me laugh)

:muffins: "I am and always will be the optimist. The hoper of far-flung hopes and dreamer of improbable dreams." :derp:

Well, that's way easy! I usually say stuff out of my mouth... (No, not those vulgar words, I meant random words such as doh!, doddle! and etc.)

The next thing I do when I am stressed is just to scream... It heals my soul everytime!

I do that every time when I feel frustrated, Thanks Fluttershy!
